  Why do i need an upgrade to get for instance WPForms lite i am making a blog for our football team, so we don’t have money to spend on expensive plug ins

  If you want to use third party plugins on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan. However wordpress.com has a lot of build-in features, so chances are high you don’t need a plugin.

  There’s no need to install a plugin to create a contact form. You can use the Form block:
