Plug Ins De-activated

All of my plug ins have all been deactivated with a recent update. This includes JetPack (so my stats are down). What do I do?
The plugin akismet/akismet.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
The plugin jetpack/jetpack.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
The plugin jotform-oembed/jotform-oembed.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
The plugin mailjet-for-wordpress/wp-mailjet.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
The plugin ml-slider/ml-slider.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
The plugin mojo-marketplace-wp-plugin/mojo-marketplace.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
The plugin really-simple-ssl/rlrsssl-really-simple-ssl.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
