plugging not working

    Hello, I download a plugging and installed it, but every time i click on it, it just gives me a blank page. I contacted the plugin’s customer service, but they said the plugin does not have any issues. What can I do to fix it.

    Hello there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    It sounds like there could be a plugin conflict happening there. That is to say that although the plugin itself is fine, it could be conflicting with another.

    My advice would be to deactivate all plugins, except the new one, and see if the blank page still happens.

    If it doesn’t then activate them all one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

    It looks like shopmixto.com is a self-hosted site, so our support is limited, but I hope the above helps.
