  Hi I have installed plugin contact form 7 but i am having issues with it, can you please recommend which is the alternative plugin I can download.

  As you can’t install plugins on a free wordpress.com website, I would say you are in the wrong forum. WordPress.org support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
