  Not really possible on the free-hosted version on WPcom. If you want to upgrade to WPcom Enterprise at $500/month, it’s possible to integrate select plugins.

  There’s already quite a few plugins integrated into our free platform. Here’s the list http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
