Hello!
It’s been a while I’ve been trying to add a plugin to my wordpress blog. However, I found it really difficult because I can’t find the plugin directory. The one I want to install is the qTranslate. http://www.qianqin.de/qtranslate/download/ I write my blog in English, but I’m Brazilian and I’m really looking forward to having a translation tool so my friend in Brazil can read my blog as well. I was wondering if you could help me installing it.

Translation is not a direct option at WordPress.com, though you could register a separate blog for each language.
We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
However, we do have some really cool widgets. Perhaps one of those might meet your needs?
There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
