PLUGIN ADVICE – Extensive Search and User Profiles

    I am planning to build a new website that will potentially have thousands of users. I’m looking for advice on 3rd party plugins or built-in WordPress function. I’ve been building websites since the 90s.

    The key functionality will be:

    1. members fill out a form with very extensive personal characteristics
    2. Other users use an Advanced Search to filter the extensive characteristics to find what they’re looking for
    3. Quality member profiles

    Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays!

    We aren’t familiar with plugins as we don’t use them on the wordpress.com platform. You better take a look in the wordpress.org plugin repository at https://wordpress.org/plugins/
