Plugin can’t be deactivated, dashboard/site is inaccessible

I have a paid commerce account. I’m 98% done with our staging site to go live into production and Claude messed up one of my custom plugins which for some reason completely fries everything and locks the dashboard.
I’ve tried using:

Is completely inaccessible and the SFTP password changed when trying to link it to my production site on Cloudways. I have a paid account and when I try to connect to a happiness engineer, the AI just keeps me stuck in a loop asking me if I want to view my previous conversations. No matter if I say yes or no it just keeps asking me that. Very attempt to connect me. I need to disable / deactivate or even delete the pp-orders plugin on my site to upload the new fixed version but it doesn’t seem like there’s anyway for me to do this without intervention.

I’ve tried adding myPHPAdmin here to manage the plugin and it gives me a json: syntex error https://wordpress.com/marketplace/plugin/install/peptideplugs-cgjsx.wpcomstaging.com

Jetpack on my iphone was able to rollback the site prior to the bad plugin being installed

Great. I’m glad that you got that back.
I can’t see any reason why it shouldn’t be letting you through on live chat. When you ask for a human, can you share what it says? I don’t want you to be without support.
