Plugin Developer asking me to request the following to test his plugin on my website

  I am a website novice, and our third-party plug-in developer has asked me to accomplish the following. Need help!!
  1. Request from WP ‘demo-access’
  2. Install WP-testing plugin (it will create one example test).
  3. Pass test

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t install plugins on the Free Plan of wordpress.com. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
