Plugin fatal error peventing access to admin console

The plugin failure on our WordPress page has prevented me from accessing the admin console to even look for where to fix it. Earlier, I had followed the link from an email I received to try to use the recovery mode, and I briefly had access to look at the plugin page that showed the fatal error from the SwiftFramework update, but now I cannot even access the recovery mode, with an error message ‘Recovery mode not initialized.’ If possible, could we have a ticket put in to have the failed plugin dealt with? I have no way of accessing the admin console, and the site itself is inaccessible due to these errors.
