plugin for tracking plugins?

This is a bit meta so it is hard to do a search for it.
I run a site with several other people. We want to keep track of out plugins but the plugins page does not do it. I want to be able to add notes to the information for the plugin. I can see what it does, but I want to be able to make a note of what it does on our site, and whatever information we need to keep track of about it.
There is nowhere in the list of plugins to add notes like this.
I could write the information elsewhere, but then I would have to keep it synchronized with the list of plugins, which is supposed to be what the list of plugins does for me. So, I think I need a plugin that uses the active plugins data and allows one to add information to connect to that.
Anyone know of anything like this?

Hi @ray7beab1a0a66c, I’m not aware of any plugins that do this, but it sounds like a helpful feature. I’ll file an enhancement request for Jetpack, since that has some plugin management features built in already:

You’ll notice there are quite a few enhancement requests open there, so I can’t promise whether or when they’ll implement this idea, but the request is out there now!

I can’t vouch for it, as I haven’t used it personally. But I can see it’s got a healthy number of active installations, has been updated recently, and has good reviews, though not many — be sure to leave yours if you like it!
