  You can’t install third party plugins on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the WordPress Pro Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
  But on the other hand you really don’t need Elementor as our Blocks work very lighter and faster. Elementor produces an overload of sloppy code which only slowdown things.
