Plugin Issue

I had downloaded WordPress from Infinty Free; I am running on PHP Version : 7.3.6.
I did a Theme – OCEANSXP download, while I have been able to install it, it is asking to activate plugins Elementor, OceansExtra and WP Forms, every time I try to activate them together I get a blank screen which has a headline ‘Install Required Plugins’ and nothing further happens.
However in case I try to download the same separately, the below error crops up.
Further the below error is shown ‘
