  I bought a plugin called bookpress about a month ago, and have had issues with it, in fact lost all my content at one point. I tried contacting them directly for a refund 3 times, and no response. I have no other recourse but to contact you. I would like a refund for this terrible product. Thanks

  We can’t help you as wordpress.com is in no way related to the vendor of that plugin. The vendor of that plugin is the only one who can help you.
