  Smart Slider 3 from the Gilda layout from Elementor. The plugin is showing it is not installed. I’ve clicked on install and it is advising the plugin has been installed and is showing the location as home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data01/97/42322297/html/wp-content/plugins/smart-slider-3

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Help for a specific plugin will come from that developer. In order to use a plugin with WordPress.com our business plan is required. It sounds like you have a site set up with the WordPress software which is different from WordPress.com.
