Plugin Option doesn't show in dashboard

  can’t find plugin option in the dashboard as i have searched google and saw everyone having Plugins option under Appearance option but in my site there is no such option of Plugins. :(
  Please guide me.

  WordPress.com websites don’t have plugin options. You may have been looking at WordPress.org-related Google results.
