plugin.php error 404

  Hi every time I click on the Dashboard the ‘Plugins tab’ or ‘Installed plugins’ it shows ‘File not found (404 error)
  If you think what you’re looking for should be here, please contact the site owner.’

  Hi there,

  I assume you’re not speaking of http://rpromise1.wordpress.com/, as that site is on our free plan and cannot use plugins. It’s also empty.

  In which case the site you’re speaking of is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
