Plugin problem

Hi, I have had the Jetpack plugin installed previously (2018 or so) but it has disappeared a while ago and now I can’t reinstall it. In swedish I get the message;
Installationen misslyckades: Målmappen finns redan. (The installation failed. The target file/folder already exists. )
I have asked my hostin platform for help but it was nothing they could do. Grateful for help!

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
