Plugin update failed
-
Hello,
All of the icons in the dashboard and on the site are appearing as blank boxes. I have spoken to our Hosting service and they have determined the cause was a fail when a plug-in updated.
They advised to de-activate all plug-ins, clear cache and then re-activate. We have tired this a few times but unfortunately it hasn’t worked. What can be done to fix this?Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff)/.

Hi there,
We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed business hosting. As a result we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Your host (TsoHost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com, so for help with this you will need to turn to the open-source WordPress forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
We handle plugin debugging for sites on our managed hosting, but for your variant of WordPress the folks over there are well versed in manual debugging. Thanks!
