Plugin Update Notification Not Going Away

    Hi,

    In my wordpress admin panel it is showing that a plugin needs updating but when I go through all my plugins there is nothing there to update. I checked if wordpress and themes etc needed updainge but there is nothing to update there either.

    Can anyone help as to why the notification is still showing.
