Plugin Updates Not Updating

  Hello! I have updates available, but when I attempt to update I get an error message. Here are the plugins:
  Builder Contact version 2.0.1
  Builder WooCommerce version 2.0.0
  Themify Shoppe version 5.0.9

  Error message: Update failed: Update package not available.

  Also, Themify Builder is deactivated, and when I click ‘Activate, it stays inactive. However, the message at the top says the plugin has been activated. But then it says ‘You are using a Themify theme. The Builder is included in the theme framework. No need to install Builder plugin.’

  I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I went to Themify and downloaded the plugin zips and re-uploaded them with license keys. Is this something I need to pay for all of a sudden? Please help! TIA!

  I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?
