  Hi.
  I’m trying to install a free plugin but to do so I am required to pay $300 for a business plan. Is this the regular scheme or is there an issue with my account that I can’t use this free feature?

  You can’t install plugins on the Free Plan, to do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
