  Plugins is not download for free website.how do I create a site not a blog in free.what is the need of plugins in WordPress website.

  Hi there,

  The difference between a website and a blog is just in how you set it up, and you can change either of the blogs in your account into a traditional website if you prefer, by just replacing the default front page showing blog posts with a static page instead:

  Either way, you won’t be able to use plugins on a free site. Plugins can only be used on WordPress.com on our Business Plan.
