  i was trying to add a plugin for i can ad a demo of one of my games.

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  well my real question is, can i add unity3d games to my blog without the plugins.

  Depends what they are. If they are iframes or javascript, no. If they are flash, you can convert them using the Gigya workaround https://wpbtips.wordpress.com/category/gigya/ but there is no guarantee they will keep working.

  well that sucks……but i guess i will go with the Google docs work around
