  I know that you can not install plugins in WordPress.com, but what if I switch to premium? will I be able to install them?
  The thing is that I would like to install some plugins on my site, its url is ciacorraldelcarbon.wordpress.com and I considering switching to premium just for being able to install plugins. Will I be able?

  I am afraid not. Regardless of upgrades, plugins are not available on WordPress.com.
