  I dont have the plugins option on my blog and its driving me crazy, there are a few plugins i would love to have but cant, what can i do, i really need your help.

  Plugins are a special feature of self-hosted WordPress.org blogs — they’re not allowed here at WordPress.com for security and performance reasons.

  Could you give me a few more details about what you’re trying to accomplish? Perhaps we already offer what you’re looking for. :-)

  install some things like all-in-one-seo-pack, Social Bookmarking, analitycs, etc

  Sites at WordPress.com are already optimized for search engines.

  We do offer social sharing features at Settings -> Sharing in your dashboard:

  As for analytics, Google Analytics isn’t supported, but we do have a great stats package built-in:

  You can also enable Google Webmaster Tools for a better view of how Google indexes your site:
