  Where are my plugins? what kind of service do i need to bye to have plugins ? can i buy just a 18 dollar web for year?

  No plugin’s allowed at WordPress.COM – security reasons – there is no upgrade at WordPress.COM that will allow the use of Plugin’s short of the VIP hosting that starts at about $ 30,000 / year ++ $ 5,000 per Plugin you want vetted.

  What can’t you just not blog without?
