  I’m trying to remove plugins so that I can add new ones. In doing so the system will not let me upload new zipfiles. What should I do?

  What is the URL of the site you referring to? Is this is a site with a Business Plan here at WordPress.com? If so, it is not under the account you are contacting us from. Otherwise, it sounds like a self-hosted site that we do not have access to and therefore cannot provide direct support for. I would contact the self-hosted community forums:
