  I am confused. I’m using the Premium plan and can’t seem to install any plugins. My husband is using the free plan and CAN install plugins. Am I missing something?

  My husband is using the free plan and CAN install plugins.

  Perhaps his site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com as the Business plan is the only way to install plugins here. I’m sure if his site is elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software (where you can use plugins) it is unlikely to be free though.
