  I had wordpress last year and purchased plugins. I had to shut down the previous wepage iepn.com I am now returning to publish a new website so how can I down load my old themes and plugins i purchased earlier

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and has never purchased anything from us. The domain, iepn.com, has never been connected to any site on WordPress.com, and we don’t sell plugins.

  So you were likely using the open source version of the WordPress software at another hosting provider. Please contact that hosting provider that you used previously for help.
