  This forum is for free sites hosted on WordPress.com, and those sites cannot use plugins. So this forum is not the right place to get advice on plugins.

  There are many plugins on the web that allows you to create customer accounts, so the people there will need much more information about exactly what you’re trying to build in order to recommend any plugins to you.
