  I buy pluggins to be used as software for wordpress. I never had to pay to install these,
  Now I need to pay for a subscription to install the plugin?

  You are not in the correct forum. Using plugins at WordPress.com , a managed hosting environment , requires our business plan.

  Using plugins for free can be done through the open source WordPress software. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
