Plugins appearing after deactivating and deleting

    Hi,

    I have this website: https://footballchant.com/

    The issues i’m having is that i deactivated and deleted the CookieYes and Complianz plugins but they are still appearing when you launch the site. Is there any way in which i can permanently delete these? I no longer have the plugins on my dashboard but they are appearing.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
