Plugins not installed

  Just tired to log in to my site through my host Blue Host and received this error message. ‘There was a problem contacting WordPress. Contact support if this problem persists.’ The message popped up when I noticed no Plugins were installed. Which is weird because I know of a couple I have activated.

  Any advise on how to remedy this?

  My site is up https://becolouring.com but need to clear our some malicious code.

  Actually new info. Site does not appear. I received this error message in a different browser.

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘”‘, expecting ‘,’ or ‘)’ in /home2/becolour/public_html/wp-config.php on line 32

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=becolouring.com, but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
