  Hi, I cannot access the plugin site, it just comes up blank. also I need FTP access, how can I access this site by FTP ?

  You don’t have FTP-access nor can you install plugins on a free wordpress.com website without upgrading to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  Why do you need FTP-access or third party plugins?
