plugins page tells me I’m not allowed to view the page

    Hi – I’m trying to customize a site, which I believe requires a plug in for this particular theme. but when I click ‘plugins’, I’m getting a message that reads ‘sorry, you are not allowed to enter this site.’

    The site I need help with is valleyheatpodcast.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
