Plugins/exporting WooCommerce client information CSV issue

  Our website http://www.affordableorganics.com has no plugins tab. We have purchsed a plugin from woo commerce enabling us to export our client information list however we cannot successfully install it. After conducting research it seems as though we do not have full access to a few areas of the site as we are registered with wordpress.com as opposed to wordpress.org. We are unable to contact our original developer and need support or access to these areas. We would appreciate your immediate support. Thank you.

  Hi @affordableorganics2017, this particular site isn’t actually on our servers — it’s at SoftLayer Technologies. I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account, in fact, though you did register an account to post here.

  Can you get in touch with Woo support?

  Or, can you log into the account that does have sites here and update this thread?
