  ok look every time I click a picture for my gravatar it always say whoops their was an error with the code probably our fault our team is looking for what happened right away please contact us for help so I do and that doesn’t help any thing I need to have for the picture it just doesn’t let me have it

  Okay, what KIND of file is the image? How big is it? What is the filename?
