I can see you have cancelled both naturalessencecharoc.com and naturalessencecharoc.blog. Do you want to use either of these domains for another site hosted elsewhere?
We don’t recommend cancelling a domain if you plan to use it again in the future because there is no guarantee you will be able to register it again. If you let me know what your plans are, I can look at your options.

Yes, I still want to use it but I wanted it pointed to NS1 Bluehost and NS2 bluehost.com. I am with bluehost at this time and I am still using wordpress to develop my website.

The instruction to transfer domain did not work. I prefer someone from wp complete the process. It’s not working I tried at least 6 times and I had a tech to help me. The instruction state to click on transfer domain but there were no transfer domain listed on the site. It did not exist.

Hi there,
You are not able to transfer the domain because you have cancelled it. You can’t transfer something you don’t own. A domain also cannot be transferred during the first 60 days after you buy it, so even if you hadn’t cancelled them, you wouldn’t see the option to transfer at this time.
As it is, by the time you replied on Saturday both domains had already been removed from our system, so we have no way of restoring them any more.
The good new is both domains are available for purchase again, so you should be able to register them directly with Bluehost if you want to use them with a site there.
