Pointing DNS server from WordPress to another host

  So I need to point my DNS server from WordPress to SiteGround. I’ve been trying to follow these instructions (https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/) but the “Name and DNS” doesn’t appear as an option for me. What is the problem here and how can I fix it so I can move forward
