Pointing DNS to Laughing Squid's Nameservers

I’m trying to create a new website under the domain name readinnrhythm.com, which currently exists as my WordPress.com blog. I’d like to change the blog address to readinnrhythmblog.com and use the original domain for my new site. Laughing Squid’s support installed WordPress for me then sent me an email saying that I needed to point DNS to their namservers. I followed the link but the info (pasted below) but it made no sense to me.

In order for Laughing Squid to host a domain, the primary and secondary name servers associated with the domain record need to be changed to the following (you will need to contact your domain registrar regarding their process for updating your domain record):

    Primary Nameserver:
    dns1.stabletransit.com

    Secondary Nameserver:
    dns2.stabletransit.com

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
