  Hi, I have a domain already built on a platform.
  I am now looking to create a sub domain in wordpress.
  Help please

  Hi there,

  If the site and primary domain already built is hosted elsewhere, you can follow the instructions on our support page to map a subdomain to WordPress.com site:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/#mapping-a-subdomain-to-your-word-press-com-site

  It will be the second set of instructions under If the domain is not registered or managed at WordPress.com (ie, GoDaddy, 1&1, etc):

  You will need to add a mapping subscription on this end and a cname from your primary domain host’s end.
