Poor Human Happiness Engineer Support now on Woo Commerce. My Experience

    Hello,

    Has anyone else on the Performance Plan experienced issues with the WooCommerce AI Support Chat refusing to connect you to a Happiness Engineer?

    I have noticed this happening frequently since around April 2026. When I contact support with a new and urgent issue, the AI chatbot repeatedly tells me that I have existing open conversations and continuously redirects me back to those tickets. This creates a loop with no option to escalate the matter or speak directly with a Happiness Engineer. It has no Exit Ramp except to Give up!

    While I understand the value of AI-assisted support, there are situations where a new issue is unrelated to existing tickets and requires immediate human intervention. In those cases, customers should have a straightforward way to reach a support engineer without being forced back into previous conversations.

    I am interested to know whether other Performance Plan subscribers have experienced the same problem and, if so, how they managed to get through to a human support representative.

    The Developer says he has paid for the Unlimnited version but you are restricting him WordPress.com does enforce its own upload limits at the server level, which can override the All-in-One WP Migration Unlimited extension. This is something our team needs to adjust on the backend — I’d recommend connecting with a human support agent who can raise the upload limit for your site to allow the migration to go through.
