    How do I block pop up ads on my blog?

    Hi there,

    We do not display pop-up ads on WordPress.com. We only show ads in the widget areas, in the posts themselves, or a dismissable banner ad at the top of the page. If you’re seeing pop-up ads on your site, they might be getting inserted by a browser toolbar or by malware on your computer.

    Please download Malwarebytes to run a malware scan on your computer. Also disable any add-ons or toolbars you have added to your browser to see if that helps.

    If possible, a completely clean reinstall of your browser should also help.
