pop up configure issue

The pop up page which my customers add their email and name is not working correctly. I have contacted Aweber and Bluehost and they believe it is an issue for you. This is my reply from BluehostThis is an email from Bluehost, We have tried to configure the pop up from our end. It didn’t work, it looks like the pop up configuration issue. We suggest you to contact the Developer or the Plugin vendor to configure the pop up from their end.
The site I need help with is jokellyslimmingworld.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

You are in the wrong forum as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, nor is wordpress.com the developer or vendor of that plugin.
