Pop up Custom Form

    Hi Guys. Does anyone knows how to add a pop-up button for a custom form but only on one of my pages? Basically on top of that page I want to have a ‘get in touch’ button that will open a custom form which my clients can fill in.

    I downloaded the pop up maker, but can’t figure it out how to add it only on a specific page.

    @adelalenuta, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? I wasn’t able to see it on this account.

    If it’s hosted here on our servers, you could use a Mailchimp form (if that’s what you’re referring to) and use widget visibility settings to display it only on the one page.

    Noting too, though, those instructions apply to sites using WordPress.com (though they may also work with Jetpack.)

    I had my website created by a web designer. So I thought I should probably go on the website you mentioned.
    I tried to register but my yahoo email address doesn’t seem to be accepted by the website. I can’t get in touch with my web designer and I spent the whole day yesterday trying to figure out how to do it. No success.
    I created the form in WPforms. I created a button in maxbuttons. I installed the pop up maker but I don’t know what do do next.
    I just one a “get in touch” button on one of my pages, that will pop up the custom form for the clients to submit

    Imagine all these are from someone who has no idea what HTML tags and other IT words are. This is science for me :)
