Pop-up form for mailchimp

    I’ve used the Jetpack widget for a MailChimp popup on my site. I’ve had people sign up, but they are not appearing as subscribers in my MailChimp account. Instead, I’m getting emails that they will be notified every time I post. I want to be able to send out emails to my subscribers, not just post notifications.

    You’ve posted in the support forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. For help with the Jetpack plugin, you can find the Jetpack forums, here:

    That said, this sounds like a Mailchimp issue, not a Jetpack one. All Jetpack does is give a way for you to easily add the Mailchimp form to your site. But the form itself, what happens to data submitted via the form, and how and when subscription email are sent, are handled by Mailchimp, not by Jetpack. So please contact Mailchimp support for help with this.
