Pop up window won’t go away

    When I log in to my WordPress site, a pop up window appears on every page. It says ‘Congratulations! You’ve just updated to version 2.19 of GiveWP. As a special thanks, we’d like to offer you a FREE premium add-on, called Email Reports!’ I can’t get it off. How do I get rid of it?

    I do not see any sites under your @kayandyson WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
