  I’m creating a webpage through Godaddy and I need a continuous pop-up. Can I purchase something like that from WordPress and link it to my page at Godaddy?

  To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

  If you host your site on GoDaddy, it is completely independent of your WordPress.com account. We also do not develop plugins so we can’t help you here.
