  I want to take underlined words and have a popup of the definition. Right now it takes you to a glossary page and you have to scroll through to find the definition.

  For that, you’ll need to use a pop-up plugin. To do so on WordPress.com, you’ll have to upgrade to the Business or eCommerce plan.
